Head of Media Buying/Team Lead (Facebook/Crypto)

The company, a team of 100+ specialists with over 5 years of experience in traffic arbitrage, is looking for a Head of Media Buying/Team Lead to manage the crypto vertical with a focus on Facebook Ads. The role involves managing the full media buying cycle, budgets, team, and strategy.

What you'll do

• Manage the full media buying cycle: testing, scaling, analytics, optimization
• Be responsible for the performance result of the direction: profit, ROI, volumes, budget efficiency
• Build testing and scaling processes
• Manage direction budgets and their allocation
• Form a KPI system and transparent reporting
• Build direction analytics and make data-driven decisions
• Form the organizational structure, develop the team and strengthen key roles
• Expand and manage testing across GEOs, offers, and creative approaches
• Monitor the market, competitors, trends, and new working hypotheses

What we need

• Current experience in the crypto vertical for at least 2 years
• Experience with Facebook Ads as a key source for at least 3 years
• Proven successful cases in crypto
• Understanding of what works in crypto now and why
• Experience with personal spend of $100k+/month and team spend of $300k+/month
• Team management skills
• Experience in building processes, KPIs, reporting, and result management systems
• Strong performance analytics and understanding of metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROI, LP CTR, EC, EPL
• Technical stack: Keitaro, SPY services, BI systems
• Understanding of hypothesis testing processes using kill / iterate / scale logic
