Head of Media Buying / Team Lead (Facebook/Crypto)

The company is looking for a Head of Media Buying / Team Lead to manage the crypto vertical. The main traffic source is Facebook Ads. Requires 2+ years of experience in crypto and 3+ years with Facebook Ads.

What we need

• Current experience in crypto vertical for at least 2 years
• Experience with Facebook Ads as the main source for at least 3 years
• Proven successful cases in crypto
• Personal spend experience of $100k+/month and team spend of $300k+/month
• Team management skills
• Experience in building processes, KPIs, reporting, and performance management systems
• Strong performance analytics and understanding of metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROI, LP CTR, EC, EPL
• Tech stack: Keitaro, SPY services, BI systems
• Understanding of hypothesis testing processes using kill/iterate/scale logic
