Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook/UAC)

The company, a large media buying holding company, is looking for a team lead to manage a team of media buyers and run campaigns on Facebook/UAC. The company develops projects in iGaming and other areas.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of media buyers: recruitment, development, strategic management, KPI achievement.
• Monitor the execution of launch plans, metrics, and campaign scaling.
• Independently launch, optimize, and scale campaigns on Facebook / UAC.
• Search and test new combinations, generate hypotheses, participate in creative development, analyze trends and platforms.
• Set tasks for technical development and implementation of innovations.

What we need

• At least 1 year of team management experience
• Proven cases of $50k+ profit per month in the last 3 months
• Responsibility, initiative, and focus on numbers and results
