Team Lead Google Farm

The company is looking for a Team Lead Google Farm to build and scale the department from scratch. Tasks: managing a team of farmers, creating processes, bypassing Google restrictions, testing strategies, reporting.
What we need
- Experience as Team Lead in Google Farm for at least 2 years
- Deep understanding of Google antifraud
- Practical experience in farming emails and Google Ads accounts
- Ability to build processes and organize a team
- Adequate communication and empathy towards the team

- Cases of scaling farm departments
- Experience working with own teams
