Team Lead Google Farm

The company is looking for a Team Lead to build and scale a Google Farm department from scratch, manage a team of farmers, and improve account stability.

What you'll do

• Build and scale the Google Farm department from scratch.
• Manage a team of farmers: hiring, onboarding, quality control.
• Create and update internal processes and manuals.
• Work on bypassing restrictions and increasing account stability.
• Test new approaches and campaigns, maintain reporting.

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in Google Farm.
• Deep understanding of Google antifraud.
• Practical experience in farming emails and Google Ads accounts.
• Ability to build processes and organize a team.
• Adequate communication and empathy towards the team.

Nice to have

• Cases of scaling farm departments.
• Experience working with your own teams.
• Knowledge of anti-detect tools and modern solutions.
