Team Lead Media Buying (Gambling)

What you'll do

• Leading a team of buyers: setting goals, KPI control, employee development
• Owning spend, ROI and profit of the direction
• Launching, optimizing and scaling ad campaigns
• Testing new funnels, traffic sources and geos
• Hiring, training and building work processes
• Participating in strategic planning and implementing decisions

What we need

• Experience in media buying, especially in gambling
• Experience leading a team of buyers
• Experience with Facebook and/or Google, understanding of geo specifics
• Fluent command of metrics such as ROI, CPA, LTV and others
• Ability to provide case studies with numbers (personal and team)
• Systems thinking and accountability for results
