Head / Team Lead of Farm Department

The employer is looking for a head of the farm department from the traffic arbitrage world who will build an excess of high-quality accounts at the lowest cost on the market. In September the team hit a record $2.1kk profit, with accounts as the scaling bottleneck. Compensation is promised above the candidate's current income upon proof of numbers.

What you'll do

• Own the entire farm department (currently 40 people: farmers, setup specialists, support, team leads)
• Scale account production to match team growth
• Reduce cost per account and maintain quality at intake and output
• Test warm-up hypotheses, grow trust and account lifespan
• Build a reserve of external suppliers for storm scenarios

What we need

• More than two years in arbitrage (FB + Crypto/Nutra)
• Built a farm personally, managed a team of farmers, infrastructure budgets of $10K+/month
• Ability to work with limits, Video Selfie and FB antifraud
• Decisions based on numbers, not feelings
