Team Lead Sales (Finance / Loans)

The employer is looking for a head of the traffic processing department in the Finance / Loans vertical with mandatory experience in Tier 1–3 geos. Responsibilities include managing the team, hiring and training staff, overseeing traffic processing and growing conversion. Confirmed cases with results in numbers and confident CRM proficiency are required.

What you'll do

• Team management: setting tasks, quality control and motivation
• Hiring, onboarding and training employees
• Controlling traffic processing and finding conversion growth points
• Developing scripts and improving objection handling
• Reporting, analytics and implementing solutions to improve results

What we need

• 1+ year of experience as Team Lead / Head of Sales in Finance / Loans
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Tier 1–3 geos
• Confident CRM proficiency and understanding of department metrics
• Leadership qualities, discipline and responsibility
• Confirmed cases with results in numbers
