Group Head of Farm

A multi-vertical media buying agency is looking for a Group Head of Farm — the link between buying and the farm department. The role involves negotiating with agencies, providing buyers with working resources, and building a system where no request gets lost, with a growth path to leading a farm cell of 4–5 people.

What you'll do

• Act as the link between buying and farm: collect buyers' pain points and drive them to resolution
• Negotiate with agencies: prices, volumes, terms, onboarding of new agents
• Ensure no request gets lost: every request has a status and an owner
• Prepare and hand over resources: BMs, pixels, catalogs, accesses
• Maintain an up-to-date picture of available resources
• Personally handle urgent farm tasks without passing them down the chain
• Over time, build and lead own farm cell

What we need

• Strong experience in farm or arbitrage team support
• Deep understanding of Facebook: BMs, profiles, pixels, catalogs, accesses, appeals, verifications, warm-ups
• Experience resolving crises: restrictions, traffic drops, supplier delays
• Ability to negotiate with agents and defend own position
• Speaks the same language as buyers and is not afraid to raise uncomfortable questions
• Willingness to complete a test task: a case with a Facebook problem

• Buying experience after farm
• English for negotiations
