L2 Support Engineer

We are looking for an L2 Support Engineer for a product fintech company to handle incident resolution. Tasks include checking payment operation statuses (deposits, withdrawals, KYC), analyzing logs and API errors, and working with tickets in Jira. Requirements: 1+ year of technical support experience (preferably fintech/banking), strong SQL (SELECT, JOIN), understanding of HTTP/JSON. Fully remote, shift schedule.
