Affiliate Manager (Middle/Senior)

An international iGaming brand is looking for an Affiliate Manager (Middle/Senior) to search, attract, and onboard new partners, develop the existing partner network, and negotiate CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models.

What you'll do

• Searching, attracting and onboarding new partners (webmasters, arbitrage teams, influencers, media partners);
• Development of the existing partner network;
• Negotiations on CPA, Hybrid and RevShare models;
• Analysis of traffic quality and efficiency;
• Scaling successful partnerships;
• Preparation of reporting and analytics;
• Participation in conferences and industry events;

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming;
• Experience working with one or more regions: MENA, Asia, Africa, LatAm;
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models;
• Negotiation and partner relationship development skills;
• English language for working with international partners;
