Motion Designer

We are looking for a Motion Designer to create advertising video creatives for mobile apps and PWA. Experience with AI tools and understanding of performance creatives is required. Fully remote work, 5/2 schedule.

What you'll do

• Create advertising video creatives for Mobile Apps and PWA
• Generate content using AI tools
• Develop new concepts and test creative hypotheses
• Work according to briefs from media buyers and propose own ideas
• Adapt and refine successful creatives
• Find new visual approaches and improve advertising performance
• Create creatives for testing and scaling campaigns

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as a Motion Designer
• Mandatory portfolio with video creatives
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software
• Mandatory experience with AI tools (Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, Luma, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Understanding of advertising creative principles and user attention retention
• Responsibility, meeting deadlines, and ability to work in a team
• Experience with Mobile Apps, PWA, Gambling, Betting, Crypto or other performance verticals

Nice to have

• Experience creating creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other advertising platforms
• Understanding of performance marketing principles
• Skills in static design (Photoshop, Figma)
