Head of SMM/AM | Binary Options

The employer is looking for a Head of SMM/AM for a binary options project targeting Spain and MENA. The role involves building and organizing the SMM/AM function, managing the team, and controlling task execution within the approved strategy. Remote work, full-time, 6/1 schedule.

What you'll do

• Build and organize the SMM/AM function
• Control task completion and deadlines
• Work within the approved project strategy
• Control the quality of the team's work
• Interact with other project departments
• Control work information, statistics, and reporting
• Provide weekly reporting on results
• Identify problems and propose solutions to improve the function's performance

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in Binary Options / financial vertical
• 1+ year of experience with Spain and/or MENA GEOs
• Team management experience
• Ability to build processes and control their execution
• Strong analytical skills
• Responsibility for the function's results
• Adherence to deadlines and the approved strategy
• Willingness to work under high operational load
