Lead Manager / Chat Manager

We are looking for a manager for a binary options project to work with the audience in Uzbekistan. The main task is to communicate with incoming leads, help users understand the product, and accompany them in the process of working with the project. Also need to help manage content for the Uzbek audience.

What you'll do

• promptly handle incoming inquiries
• communicate with users in Telegram and other work channels
• answer product questions and help with navigation
• work according to ready-made scripts
• help manage the Telegram channel and other project platforms
• adapt and publish content for the Uzbek audience
• work with reviews, results, and other materials for publications
• monitor channel activity and update content in a timely manner
• pass user feedback to the team

What we need

• fluent in Uzbek
• literacy and confidence in correspondence
• responsibility and attentiveness
• ability to respond quickly and maintain a lively dialogue
• understanding of the Uzbek audience's specifics
• willingness to work with both users and content

• experience in sales, support, affiliate, trading, or digital projects
