BI & AI Analytics Lead

We are seeking a BI & AI Analytics Lead for a fast-growing operator in the sweepstakes and social gaming space, serving the US market. The role involves owning the analytics function end-to-end – building the BI stack, owning Power BI dashboards, and pushing the function into an AI-first operating model with AI agents and AI-powered dashboards. On-site in Limassol, Cyprus.

What you'll do

• Build and evolve the company's BI stack
• Own and develop Power BI dashboards
• Implement AI agents and AI-powered dashboards to automate analytics
• Focus on strategy, insights, and impact instead of routine data processing

What we need

• Experience building a BI stack from scratch
• Expertise in Power BI
• Understanding of AI/ML and integrating AI into analytics
