BI & AI Analytics Lead

The company is looking for a BI & AI Analytics Lead to build the BI stack, own Power BI dashboards, and push the function into an AI-first operating model where AI agents and AI-powered dashboards handle heavy lifting, and the human focuses on strategy and insight. On-site in Limassol, Cyprus.

What we need

• 5+ years of experience in BI and analytics
• Deep knowledge of Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data models)
• Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis
• Understanding of AI/ML and ability to implement AI agents in analytics
• Experience building a BI stack from scratch
• English — fluent (C1+)

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, or social gaming
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
