Sales Manager / Traffic Handler

A Ukrainian buying team is expanding its LATAM direction and looking for a specialist to handle incoming traffic in the Gambling vertical. The role involves supporting users, communicating with the audience taking into account the specifics of each GEO, and working on conversion and key metrics. Compensation consists of a base rate plus a performance-dependent bonus.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming traffic and support users
• Communicate with the audience taking into account the specifics of each GEO
• Work on conversion and improvement of key metrics
• Track results and identify growth opportunities

What we need

• Experience in Gambling as a traffic handler, FD or RD
• Practical understanding of LATAM GEO specifics
• Ability to build dialogue, handle objections and retain user attention
• KPI orientation and understanding of how one's work affects the final result
• Willingness to work with large traffic volumes
• Own computer or laptop
