AI Creative Designer / Motion Designer
Employer —Location —Comp Fixed salary + strong bonus system
The company is looking for a creative designer to produce ad creatives (video and static) using AI tools. Work in the Hermes team, vertical — investments. Income depends on performance. Remote, full-time.
What we need
- Experience with AI tools for image and video generation
- Proficient in Figma, Photoshop or similar editors
- Understanding of ad creative principles and UX thinking
- Sense of composition, visual literacy, and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and trends
- Portfolio required
- Own PC/laptop for work
- Willingness to work full-time
Nice to have
- Experience with Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Flux and other AI services
- Video editing skills
- Experience creating creatives for Facebook / TikTok
- Understanding of marketing and advertising psychology
- Understanding of traffic arbitrage
