Affiliate Manager (India market)

We are looking for a strong Affiliate Manager for the India market in our FinTech team. Fully remote, international market, fast growth. You will develop a portfolio of partners, work on retention and revenue, build long-term relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners (Tier B/C)
• Work on growing volume, retention, and revenue
• Respond to downturns, prevent churn, and reactivate partners
• Develop sub-affiliate structures (2-3 levels)
• Conduct negotiations, build trust and long-term relationships
• Work with CRM, analytics, and key metrics

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate / Account Management / Payments / iGaming / Crypto / FinTech
• Understanding of metrics: volume, retention, churn, ROI
• Negotiation skills, handling objections, and client retention
• Experience with CRM and analytics
• Ability to build long-term relationships and influence revenue
