Payments Operator / Payment Manager

The employer is a large network of payment solutions across Latin America, Africa and Arab countries, launching new projects and growing rapidly. A payments operator is needed to process incoming receipts from partners, verify payment agent details and maintain reporting in a custom-built CRM. Fully remote, night shifts, with a growth path to a leadership role.

What you'll do

• Process incoming receipts from partners (200+ per shift)
• Verify payment agent details
• Communicate with partners on payment processes and explain operating instructions
• Enter data into the custom-built CRM and maintain reporting

What we need

• Ability to work with numbers and enter them into Excel
• Understanding of how cryptocurrency transfers (p2p) work
• Understanding of and ability to work with proxies, emulators and antidetect browsers
• Willingness to work night shifts

Nice to have

• Experience in payment intake/processing for LATAM/Africa geos
• Experience as an affiliate, project manager or support operator
