PSP Manager

Looking for an experienced PSP Manager to develop and optimize global payment infrastructure. Responsibilities include sourcing and integrating payment gateways across Africa, India, and Latin America, maintaining PSP connections, and managing partner relationships.

What you'll do

• Source and integrate payment gateways across Africa, India, and Latin America.
• Maintain existing PSP connections.
• Improve merchant/provider conversion.
• Manage relationships with payment partners.
• Develop and optimize global payment infrastructure.

What we need

• 3+ years of experience with international payment systems (non-Russian market)
• English proficiency
• Excel and CRM skills
• Strong analytical mindset
• Proactivity
• Residence outside Russia
