Affiliate Manager

The company is looking for an Affiliate Manager to work in the office in Warsaw. The role includes finding and onboarding new affiliate partners, developing the partner network, negotiating CPA/RevShare/Hybrid deals, analyzing traffic and key metrics. Requires 2+ years of experience in iGaming and English at B2-C1 level.

What you'll do

• Finding and onboarding new affiliate partners and media buying teams
• Developing and scaling the affiliate network
• Negotiating CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals
• Analyzing traffic and key metrics: FTD, Deposits, ROI, LTV
• Developing cooperation with existing partners

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Management / iGaming
• Experience working with GEO with focus on UZ / AZ / TR / BD
• Experience in actively searching for and attracting partners
• English B2–C1

Nice to have

• Experience with X-platforms is a big plus
• Own partner base will be an advantage
