Sales Manager (calls, not call center)

The employer is looking for a sales manager to communicate with hot and warm clients over the phone. Vertical: finance, geo: Kazakhstan. Remote work, fixed rate per shift + KPI per call.

What you'll do

• Communicate with hot/warm clients on calls.
• Handle objections, answer client questions.
• Help clients regain trust and start working again.

What we need

• Conversational Kazakh required, and Russian.
• Ease in communication and positive attitude towards people.
• Ability to work in stressful situations.
• Willingness to be fully engaged in work, not treat it as a side job.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales / client communication.
• Experience in handling investments.
