Game Mathematician (iGaming / slots, remote)

The company is looking for a Game Mathematician to develop mathematical models for slot games. Responsibilities include balancing RTP, volatility, hit rate, and other parameters. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Develop and calibrate mathematical models for games;
• Balance RTP, volatility, hit rate, feature frequency, max win;
• Create simulations and prototypes;
• Prepare math docs / PAR sheets / probability tables;
• Collaborate with dev and QA during implementation;

What we need

• Experience as Game Mathematician in iGaming
• Experience specifically with slot games
• Russian language required
• English at least B1 (working level)
• Ability to write scripts and prototypes is sufficient, no production-ready code required
