Media Buyer (TikTok & Google Ads) in iGaming project

We are a leading iGaming project with our own brand. We are looking for an experienced media buyer to launch and scale traffic from TikTok and Google Ads. The role involves full-cycle campaign management, analytics, and potential growth to team lead.

What you'll do

• Independent launch, management, daily optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads
• Search and testing of new combinations, approaches, offers and target GEOs
• Setting clear briefs for designers to create creatives, quality control
• Analytics of launched campaigns, budget spending control
• Control of the technical side: preparing accounts, proxies, payments, setting up tracking and pixels
• Regular reporting on key metrics (spend, revenue, ROI, profit)
• For Team Lead: managing a team of media buyers on TikTok: work coordination, budget allocation, monitoring team KPIs and ROI
• Building and maintaining stable technical infrastructure
• Training, mentoring and onboarding new buyers

What we need

• Experience with TikTok in iGaming for at least 1 year
• Deep knowledge of TikTok Ads optimization and targeting algorithms, working with pixels, custom audiences, optimization
• Understanding of attention retention specifics
• Experience with anti-detect browsers, trackers, agency accounts
• Understanding of cloaking principles and bypassing TikTok moderation in gray niches
• Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• Clear understanding of metrics: ROI, CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, CR
