Financial Manager / Financial Operations Analyst

The employer is an international iGaming ecosystem actively expanding in CIS, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and other markets. They are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to maintain transparency of financial processes and ensure efficient cash flow management. The role involves working with high-load products and joining a strong finance team.

What you'll do

• Manage crypto and fiat wallets, keep transaction records
• Maintain and update wallet directory
• Monitor stuck balances and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare cash flow statements twice a month
• Forecast and plan cash flow
• Perform reconciliations with merchants, traders, and Grafana data
• Calculate profitability for various business lines
• Maintain P&L for the holding across multiple projects
• Control accounts receivable and corporate payments

What we need

• 1+ year experience with cash flow statements, P&L and financial reconciliations
• Understanding of financial transaction lifecycle
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (financial models, pivot tables, large data sets)
• Experience with BI tools (Grafana preferred)
• Understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrencies
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, Gambling, FinTech, crypto industry, trading desk or treasury
• Experience with financial dashboards and analytics
• Practical experience with cryptocurrency operations
