Team Lead Motion Designer

We are an international product iGaming team, successfully developing our own product for over 3 years and continuing to scale. We are looking for a Team Lead Motion Designer to elevate the motion direction, develop the team, improve processes, and create creatives that drive results.

What you'll do

• Creating and quality-controlling video creatives (UGC, ads, promo, in-app, animations).
• Managing a team of motion designers.
• Developing and maintaining visual style.
• Participating in creating advertising concepts with the creative producer.
• Optimizing the production pipeline (speed, templates, automation).
• Integrating AI tools into the workflow.
• Mentoring and developing designers.

What we need

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Motion Design.
• Experience managing a team or mentoring.
• Strong portfolio of advertising creatives.
• Understanding of performance marketing.
• Proficient in After Effects and 3D (Cinema 4D / Blender).
• Understanding of composition, typography, rhythm.
• Practical experience using AI tools.
• Ability to work quickly, structurally, and independently.
• Understanding that motion is a growth tool, not just a pretty picture.
• Ability to balance speed and quality.
• Experience in process building and decision-making without micromanagement.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming / betting / mobile apps.
