An international product iGaming team is looking for a Team Lead Motion Designer to elevate the motion direction: manage a team, create video creatives, optimize production pipeline, and integrate AI tools.
What we need
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Motion Design
- Experience in team management or mentoring
- Strong portfolio of advertising creatives
- Understanding of performance marketing
- Proficient in After Effects and 3D (Cinema 4D / Blender)
- Understanding of composition, typography, rhythm
- Practical experience with AI tools
- Ability to work quickly, structurally, and independently
- Understanding that motion is a growth tool, not just a pretty picture
- Ability to balance speed and quality
- Experience in building processes and making decisions without micromanagement
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming / betting / mobile apps
