Team Lead Facebook, TikTok, InApp (iGaming)

The employer is looking for a strong Team Lead with current hands-on expertise in Facebook, TikTok, or InApp and experience in the Gambling vertical. The role involves managing and developing a team of media buyers, scaling ad campaigns, and working with budgets of $40,000+ per month. The position is fully remote.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop a team of media buyers
• Monitor, optimize, and scale ad campaigns in Facebook Ads
• Develop strategies for scaling and improving team performance
• Analyze results and identify new growth opportunities
• Support media buyers on operational and technical matters
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new specialists

What we need

• 1+ year as a Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer in the Gambling vertical
• Current hands-on expertise with Facebook, TikTok, or InApp
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and scale results effectively
• Proven successful cases within the last 3 months
• Experience managing budgets of $40,000+ per month
