Facebook Farmer

Remote Facebook farmer position in the Facebook department with top-of-market conditions. Requires 1+ year of farming experience and understanding of the full lifecycle of preparing and maintaining Facebook accounts. Growth path to team lead of the farming department.

What you'll do

• Organize the full cycle of Facebook account preparation
• Monitor the quality of accounts, proxies and other resources
• Analyze bans, reviews and other account issues, test new approaches and improve farming processes
• Maintain reporting on accounts, consumables and results
• Collaborate with buyers, tech specialists and management, and scale farming to growing volumes

What we need

• 1+ year of experience as a farmer
• Solid understanding of the full lifecycle of preparing and maintaining a Facebook account
• Confident work with BMs, ad accounts, antidetect browsers, proxies and consumables
• Understanding of the causes of bans, reviews and account issues

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Ads
