Streamer (Counter-Strike)

The employer is looking for a charismatic and creative streamer to join the team for a CS-focused project. The ideal candidate has strong Counter-Strike knowledge and can create content that attracts and engages an audience. Payment and terms are discussed individually.

What you'll do

• Devise interactive mechanics that motivate the audience to take part in broadcasts and come back for future streams
• Play CS2, including creating in-game challenges (e.g., the road to FACEIT top-1000)
• Independently produce punchy stream highlight clips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Reels
• Develop new segments and formats capable of attracting an audience to the streams and the gaming site

What we need

• An active Twitch channel with streaming experience; the channel must have past broadcast recordings or other available content to assess streaming skills
• Excellent CS GO knowledge and understanding of the CS GO audience's interests and what content can engage them
• Charisma, articulate speech, sense of humor and the ability to hold viewers' attention
• Skills in active chat interaction and running interactive activities
• Ability to independently create short videos from streams
• Initiative, creativity and willingness to test new formats
