Head of HR

A digital marketing company in the iGaming industry with a team of up to 100 employees is looking for a Head of HR to own the HR function, work directly with the CEO and department heads, and become a trusted person for the team. The role is office-based in Warsaw, full-time.

What you'll do

• Own and manage the company's HR function
• Work directly with the CEO and department heads
• Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR matters
• Conduct 1:1s and maintain regular communication with the team
• Work on atmosphere, engagement and corporate culture
• Resolve conflicts and complex situations within teams
• Oversee onboarding, probation and offboarding
• Drive retention and analyze reasons for attrition
• Support managers on employee performance matters
• Contribute to designing motivation, bonuses and salary reviews
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle
• Take part in closing key vacancies
• Maintain the HRIS and HR analytics
• Develop and update internal HR policies and rules
• Liaise with finance/legal on employee and document matters
• Organize internal activities and develop corporate culture

What we need

• 2+ years of HR experience
• Genuine interest in and love for working with people
• High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
• Ability to build trusting relationships with very different people
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and constructively rather than avoid them
• Understanding of recruitment and the full employee lifecycle
• Self-reliance and proactivity
• Ability to be on the people's side while understanding business needs
• Systematic approach without excessive bureaucracy
• English — B2 or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, affiliate or digital marketing
• Experience in fast-growing companies
