Country Manager (MENA, TR) Senior+

The company is looking for a Country Manager for Turkey and the MENA region. The role involves driving business growth and scaling operations, owning performance across operations, payments, partnerships, and marketing, coordinating the team, and executing regional strategy.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the team and manage daily operations
• Optimize payment solutions and track KPIs
• Conduct market analysis and optimize business processes
• Develop marketing strategies and launch payment channels
• Build partnerships and execute regional strategy

What we need

• 2+ years of team management experience
• 2+ years in a similar country/regional role
• English B1 or higher
• Russian B2 or higher

Nice to have

• Turkish language is a strong plus
