Middle Media Buyer | TL iGaming (FB | TikTok)
Employer —Location Kyiv (remote possible)Comp 30% fixed, 40% from 40k profit, 50% individual
The team has been on the market for 3 years, main source is Facebook. The team has 60+ buyers. Remote work or office in Kyiv is offered. Payments monthly for the month before last with the possibility of advances. In-house creative department (motion/static), many offers, Tier 1-3, spend/CPA optional. Bonuses: giveaways in Discord, corporate events, gym compensation, office with massage chair, etc.
What we need
- Experience as a media buyer in iGaming for at least 1 year
- Solid knowledge of Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads
- Experience working with Tier 1-3 GEOs
- Understanding of CPA and RevShare models
- Budget management and campaign optimization skills
Nice to have
- Experience managing a team of buyers
- Knowledge of additional traffic sources (Push, Native, etc.)
