A young in-house team is looking for a Senior Media Buyer/Team Lead to work in the crypto vertical. Full infrastructure provided, ability to run traffic 24/7 with no lead cap, wide GEO pool, and freedom to test hypotheses. Fast decision-making without bureaucracy.

What we need

• Current experience in Facebook media buying
• Understanding of Facebook specifics for crypto vertical
• At least 6 months of experience in crypto call-center offers
• Currently has working approaches and funnels
• Ability to find funnels from scratch, not just scale existing ones
• Understanding of metrics and traffic economics
• Experience with real spend volumes of at least $5,000 per day
• Willingness to confirm results with proofs: statistics, accounts, profit
