Senior Media Buyer/Team Lead

A young in-house team is looking for a Senior Media Buyer/Team Lead to work in the crypto vertical. They provide infrastructure, a wide pool of GEOs, and freedom to test hypotheses. Payment is fixed + profit share, remote work.

What you'll do

• Test hypotheses, creatives, offers, and funnels
• Launch and manage Facebook campaigns for crypto offers
• Independently find profitable combinations and make them profitable
• Scale combinations that show results
• Work with unit economics: ROI/ROMI, CPA, LTV, payback

What we need

• Current experience in Facebook media buying
• Understanding of Facebook specifics for the crypto vertical
• At least 6 months of experience in crypto call-center offers
• Have current working approaches and combinations
• Ability to find combinations from scratch, not just scale existing ones
• Understanding of metrics and traffic economics
• Experience with real spend volumes of at least $5,000 per day
• Willingness to prove results with evidence: stats, accounts, profit
