Email Deliverability (Manager / Head)

The employer in the iGaming sector is looking for a specialist with iGaming experience to own the stable deliverability of email, WhatsApp, and SMS communications. The role involves managing domain and email infrastructure warm-up, controlling sender reputation and technical quality of campaigns, and working with WhatsApp and SMS vendors.

What you'll do

• Warm up domains and email infrastructure
• Monitor sender reputation, spam rate, spam words, inbox placement, open rate, and technical quality of campaigns
• Build WhatsApp account warm-up processes and control blocks and limits
• Source and test vendors for WhatsApp and SMS campaigns, comparing their quality, cost, and stability
• Quickly identify the causes of deliverability drops

What we need

• Experience in iGaming
• Experience managing email, WhatsApp, and SMS deliverability
• Understanding of domain and email infrastructure warm-up
• Ability to monitor sender reputation, spam rate, and inbox placement
• Experience with WhatsApp accounts, blocks, and limits
• Experience sourcing and testing vendors for WhatsApp and SMS campaigns
