Team Lead Google Ads (Crypto/Gambling)

We are looking for a Team Lead Google Ads to work in crypto-gambling. The company provides unlimited budgets, proprietary infrastructure (farm, cloaking, whitelists) and elite motivation: high fixed salary + % of the team's net profit. Fully remote, no micromanagement.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in Google Ads (personal spend from $2k/day in hard niches)
• Experience managing or mentoring media buyers
• Knowledge of crypto specifics: cloaking, bans, postbacks, Keitaro
• Ability to think in metrics (EPC, CR, ROI, LTV) and ruthlessly cut negative tests
