Team Lead Google (Crypto/Gambling)

Looking for a Team Lead Google to work with crypto and gambling traffic. We offer unlimited budgets, robust infrastructure (own farm, cloaking, tech support), remote work, and a percentage of the team's net profit.

What you'll do

• Playing coach: you run your own campaigns (set the benchmark) and manage a group of buyers.
• Scale: allocate budgets (from $5k/day starting) and squeeze the maximum out of the team's funnels.
• Strategy: implement top approaches (PMax, Demand Gen, strict moderation bypass in crypto).
• Orchestration: set tasks for the farm department and tech team so that your buyers only run traffic and test.

What we need

• At least 2 years of Google Ads experience (personal spend of $2k/day in hard niches).
• Experience managing or mentoring buyers.
• Knowledge of crypto ins and outs: cloaking, bans, postbacks, Keitaro.
• Ability to think in metrics (EPC, CR, ROI, LTV) and ruthlessly cut negative tests.
