Senior Organic Traffic Specialist / Team Lead (Instagram)

The company is looking for a strong hands-on organic traffic specialist with deep understanding of Instagram, able to find working mechanics and scale organic. Main focus is Instagram, TikTok is a plus. The role involves building processes and forming a team.

What you'll do

• Building and scaling organic traffic from Instagram
• Finding, testing and scaling new working mechanics
• Working with Instagram algorithms, content virality and platform restrictions
• Analyzing traffic, conversions and other key metrics
• Developing additional organic sources, primarily TikTok
• Building processes in the direction and gradually forming a team
• Coordinating content makers and other specialists

What we need

• 1+ year of practical hands-on experience with Instagram Organic Traffic / UBT
• Experience in high-risk niches, preferably Dating / Adult
• Real cases of acquiring and scaling organic traffic from Instagram
• Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms and virality mechanics
• Experience in finding, testing and scaling working mechanics
• Ability to work with numbers, analytics and evaluate traffic quality
• Independence, systematic approach and result orientation

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier-1 GEO
• Experience using AI tools in work
• Experience launching a project / direction from scratch
