Affiliate Team Lead

International product iGaming company is looking for an Affiliate Team Lead to develop the affiliate channel. Responsibilities include partner acquisition (cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers), traffic quality control, negotiations on CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models, performance analysis, and GEO scaling. Requirements include experience in iGaming, with capper/influencer/streamer traffic, knowledge of the Polish market, and Polish/English from B2.

What you'll do

• Development of the affiliate channel
• Search, onboarding, and development of partners (cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers)
• Traffic quality control and key metrics (FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV)
• Negotiations on CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• Analysis of affiliate network efficiency, finding new growth points, and scaling GEO
• Participation in team development and internal processes

What we need

• Experience in a product iGaming company
• Mandatory experience with capper/influencer/streamer traffic
• Experience developing partner network in Poland GEO
• Deep understanding of FTD, Regs, LTV, ROI, baseline, and wager
• Experience with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid
• Experience managing a team and achieving KPIs
• Polish and English from B2
