Affiliate Team Lead

An the company is looking for an Affiliate Team Lead to develop the affiliate vertical in Poland. Fully remote, competitive salary + bonuses.

What you'll do

• Develop the affiliate vertical
• Find, onboard and develop partners (cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers)
• Monitor traffic quality and key metrics (FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV)
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models
• Analyze affiliate network performance, find growth opportunities and scale GEOs
• Participate in team and process development

What we need

• Experience in a product iGaming company
• Mandatory experience with capper / influencer / streamer traffic
• Experience developing affiliate network in Poland
• Deep understanding of FTD, Regs, LTV, ROI, baseline and wager
• Experience with CPA, RevShare and Hybrid
• Experience managing a team and achieving KPIs
• Polish and English at least B2
