Casino Manager

We are looking for a Casino Manager to be responsible for developing and managing the casino provider portfolio and the casino lobby strategy. The role involves active work with providers, content performance analysis, and launching initiatives to grow casino product KPIs.
What you'll do
- Manage the casino provider and aggregator portfolio.
- Maintain communication with game providers, aggregators, account managers, and internal teams.
- Initiate and launch promotional activities, exclusives, and special offers.
- Optimize and develop the casino lobby.
- Analyze key metrics and develop provider engagement strategies.
- Identify new business growth opportunities in the casino lobby area.
- Monitor SLA, content quality, and integration accuracy.
- Participate in shaping and developing the casino product.
What we need
- 3+ years of experience as Casino Manager or similar role in iGaming.
- Deep understanding of key iGaming players: providers (slots, live), aggregators, platforms.
- Deep understanding of casino product: slots, live casino, instant games.
- Experience with B2B providers/aggregators (Tier-1 / Tier-2) and understanding of their commercial models.
- Understanding of casino lobby design principles.
- Experience building a system for managing provider discounts and bonus terms.
