Head of Product / CPO

One of the top iGaming projects is looking for a Head of Product to strengthen the product team and expand into new GEOs. Remote work, high compensation, and bonuses are offered.

What you'll do

• Manage incoming task flow from business — form and prioritize product backlog
• Build a stable delivery process: reduce chaos, automate, implement systemic solutions
• Impact key metrics: conversion, revenue, user experience
• CustDev, A/B testing, data-driven approach to hypothesis validation
• Market and competitor analysis, finding new growth points

What we need

• Experience as CPO / Head of Product — at least 2 years
• Deep expertise in iGaming: brands, GEOs, White Label and proprietary engines
• Understanding of game mechanics, providers and market trends
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• English B2 or higher
