Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to build a strong partner network and multiply volumes. Work in iGaming, focus on Tier 2-3 GEOs. We offer competitive income with fixed salary, profit share, and bonuses.

What you'll do

• Active search and recruitment of new partners
• Development and scaling of existing partner campaigns
• Entering new GEOs and finding growth points (Tier 2-3 priority)
• Negotiation, terms agreement, increasing deal margin
• Building long-term relationships with partners and retaining them
• Close collaboration with product, marketing, and analytics teams

What we need

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (with advertiser or network)
• Practical experience with RevShare / Hybrid models
• Understanding of Tier 2–3 GEO specifics
• Strong understanding of metrics and traffic economics
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Proactivity, result-oriented and growth mindset
