Country Manager / GEO Owner (Argentina / Germany / Turkey / Poland)

An international iGaming company with a 20-year history is looking for a Country Manager / GEO Owner to develop and scale key markets. The company is launching a new direction with dedicated country managers responsible for specific market growth and cross-functional team coordination. Priority markets are Germany and Argentina, with Turkey and Poland also considered.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale the GEO within the company's overall strategy
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify new growth opportunities
• Coordinate the work of Acquisition, Affiliate, CRM, Payments, Support, and VIP teams
• Oversee product localization and UX adaptation to the market
• Participate in developing payment infrastructure and integrating local payment methods
• Formulate initiatives to increase FTD, retention, and revenue
• Work with local partners, affiliates, and other acquisition channels

What we need

• Hands-on experience launching from scratch or long-term scaling of the required GEO in a casino product
• Experience working with payment providers and understanding the payment infrastructure of the target GEOs
• Experience coordinating multiple functions and working with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the local language of the GEO
• Experience launching crypto casinos is a plus
