Media Buyer / Team Lead (Gambling)

We are looking for a Media Buyer / Team Lead (Gambling) for a strong traffic arbitrage team. We are actively scaling and strengthening the Gambling vertical. The team already has infrastructure, resources, and stable volumes. We need buyers and an experienced team lead who can build processes, strengthen buyers, and systematically grow profit.

What we need

• Practical experience in traffic arbitrage (Gambling) from 1 year
• Proficient with Facebook Ads, understanding of Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEO specifics
• Team management skills: task setting, training, performance monitoring
• Strong analytics: ability to read numbers and make data-driven decisions
• Experience and understanding of effective approaches for different offers and markets
