Media Buyer / Team Lead (Gambling)

The company is looking for a Media Buyer / Team Lead with experience in gambling traffic arbitrage. The role involves running and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns, team management, and analytics. The team has ready infrastructure and offers fixed pay plus profit share.

What you'll do

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns;
• Deep analysis of statistics and finding scaling points;
• Interaction with creative and technical departments to improve efficiency;
• Participation in budgeting and resource allocation.

What we need

• Practical experience in traffic arbitrage (Gambling) from 1 year;
• Confident work with Facebook Ads, understanding of Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEO specifics;
• Team management skills: task setting, training, performance monitoring;
• Strong analytics: ability to read numbers and make data-driven decisions;
• Broad experience and understanding of effective approaches for different offers and markets.
