Motion Designer

We are looking for a Motion Designer to join the buying team in the Gambling vertical. Office-based in Warsaw. 1+ year of experience, creating performance creatives for paid traffic, proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.

What you'll do

• Create motion/video creatives for advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with media buyers and develop new concepts.
• Adapt and localize creatives for different GEOs.
• Analyze results and scale the best approaches.

What we need

• 1+ year of Motion Design experience.
• Experience creating performance creatives for paid traffic.
• Proficiency in After Effects / Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of hooks, dynamics, and structure of ad creatives.
• Ability to quickly generate and test new ideas.

Nice to have

• Experience in Gambling / iGaming.
