Team Lead Content

A large scheme team is looking for a Team Lead Content to optimize team work and improve engagement metrics.

What you'll do

• Management of a team of content managers
• Organization and control of department work, task assignment
• Development, optimization and implementation of content strategy
• Continuous engagement analysis and adjustment of content plan based on audience response
• Management of ~20 channels, volume control
• Creating content for Main and VIP channels

What we need

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year in the traffic arbitrage vertical
• Experience managing a team of 5+ people
• Understanding of engagement, unsubscribes, and conversion metrics
• Skills in developing content plans and welcome sequences
