Client Retention Manager

We are looking for an experienced retention manager in the investment vertical. Your tasks include processing hot incoming traffic, guiding clients through the funnel to deposit, and maximizing conversion. We offer stable traffic, high commission, training, full remote, and team support.

What you'll do

• Processing incoming hot traffic
• Guiding the client through the funnel to deposit
• Working with FD/RD
• Maximizing conversion
• Competent communication and objection handling

What we need

• At least 6 months of experience
• Understanding of FD/RD mechanics
• Ability to conduct live dialogue
• Responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance

Nice to have

• Experience with TIER 1 GEOs
