Graphic / Motion Designer

We are looking for a Graphic / Motion Designer to work in the office in Kyiv. We consider Junior level candidates and specialists without experience in traffic arbitrage. Potential, creative thinking, and desire to grow are important.

What you'll do

• Create static or animated creatives for advertising campaigns
• Generate and test new ideas to improve advertising efficiency
• Work closely with media buyers and the creative team
• Adapt materials for different platforms, formats, and geo
• Analyze successful market cases and implement best solutions in your work
• Use modern AI tools to speed up and improve production

What we need

• Experience as a Graphic Designer or Motion Designer
• Proficiency in specialized tools for creating graphics and animation
• Developed visual awareness, understanding of advertising trends and attention-grabbing mechanics
• Ability to work quickly on tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactivity, responsibility, and desire to constantly develop

Nice to have

• Experience with advertising creatives in affiliate marketing and traffic arbitrage
• Skills in using AI tools for generating graphics, video, and animation
