Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

An iGaming company is looking for an experienced recruiter / talent acquisition specialist with experience in sourcing specialists for iGaming. The role requires a person with advanced LinkedIn skills and other sourcing tools. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Independently find and headhunt strong candidates for Support, VIP, Retention, Risk, Payments, Product, Design, and Management positions, rather than waiting for responses from Telegram.
• Manage the pipeline, conduct initial screening, and continuously expand the international talent pool, primarily LATAM and iGaming.

What we need

• Experience in sourcing specialists for iGaming.
• Proficient in LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to reach out to passive candidates.
