The company (the company) is looking for a Head of Business Development to build and develop the commercial function from scratch. The role includes managing the B2B sales cycle, developing partnerships in EU and CIS markets, and representing the company at international industry events.

What we need

  • Strong experience in B2B Business Development / Sales leadership in iGaming
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to personally participate in sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming market and decision-making structure
  • Strong strategic and operational skills
  • Fluency in English and Russian
  • Existing network of contacts in iGaming
