The company (the company) is looking for a Listing Manager / Senior Media Buyer to purchase advertising on Adult 18+ sites. The role involves finding and analyzing sites, negotiating with webmasters, launching and optimizing placements, and analyzing performance metrics. Remote work, salary from $3000 plus bonuses.

What you'll do

• Search and analysis of Adult 18+ sites and advertising platforms
• Negotiations with site owners and webmasters
• Purchasing and launching advertising placements
• Analysis of CTR, conversions, payments, and ROI
• Testing new platforms and advertising formats
• Optimizing placements and disabling ineffective sources
• Scaling the pool of profitable Adult platforms

What we need

• Experience in purchasing advertising and placements on websites
• Practical experience working with Adult 18+ platforms
• Understanding of the Adult traffic market and specifics of working with webmasters
• Experience negotiating with site owners / admins
• Ability to work with performance metrics (CTR, CR, ROI)
• Analytical thinking and result orientation
• Independence and high level of ownership
