FB Buyer (Facebook Ads Media Buyer)

The team is looking for an FB buyer to launch and scale ad campaigns in the Investments / Crypto / Credit verticals across Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs. Practical results and recent cases matter more than years on a resume. Payment format and KPIs are discussed at the interview.

What you'll do

• Launching Facebook Ads campaigns
• Analyzing results and evaluating lead quality
• Generating ideas and hypotheses for tests
• Scaling working funnels and campaigns
• Writing clear briefs for the designer with decisions justified by numbers
• Adapting the approach to each specific geo

What we need

• Hands-on Facebook Ads experience with recent cases
• Experience with Tier-1 / Tier-2 and adapting the approach per geo
• Understanding why a funnel works and what to do when metrics drop
• Evaluating lead quality, not just CPL
• Ability to brief a designer and justify decisions with numbers
• Knowledge of platform requirements for advertising financial products

Nice to have

• Experience working with small budgets while delivering results
