HR Manager / Recruiter

We are looking for an ambitious HR for our arbitrage team to help find the best specialists and build a strong team.

What you'll do

• Active search and attraction of candidates (including cold sourcing)
• Selection of specialists: correspondence, audio interviews, initial skills assessment
• Working with Google Sheets: maintaining candidate database, filling tables and reports
• Creating creative job postings
• Candidate feedback: prompt, constructive, and motivating
• Interaction with the team: discussing hiring processes, finding best solutions

What we need

• Experience in recruiting specialists in scheme traffic for at least 6 months
• Understanding of traffic arbitrage and scheme direction specifics
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactivity, independence, desire to grow and achieve results
