Retention Manager (iGaming)

The company is an international product company in the iGaming sector, developing its own online casino product. They are looking for a Retention Manager to build a player retention strategy, develop CRM, and improve key product metrics.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement retention strategy: player segmentation, lifecycle, and loyalty programs.
• Develop and launch bonus mechanics, promotions, tournaments, and special offers for different GEOs.
• Work with VIP players: accompany, create personalized offers, and increase retention.
• Set up CRM communications (Email, Push) by segments, triggers, and user scenarios.
• Analyze key metrics (Churn Rate, Retention Rate, LTV, DAU/MAU) and develop initiatives to improve them.
• Conduct A/B testing, test hypotheses, and scale successful mechanics.
• Interact with product, marketing, and CRM teams to develop the player retention system.

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience as a Retention Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming.
• Understanding of player lifecycle, retention mechanics, bonus economy, and loyalty programs.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms and automation of customer communications.
• Data analysis skills, audience segmentation, proficient in Excel, basic knowledge of SQL.
• English at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
