Retention Manager

An iGaming company is looking for a Retention Manager to build a player retention strategy, develop CRM, and improve key product metrics. Fully remote.
What we need
- Experience as Retention Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming for at least 2 years
- Understanding of player lifecycle, retention mechanics, bonus economics, and loyalty programs
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation of customer communications
- Data analysis skills, audience segmentation, proficient in Excel, basic SQL knowledge
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher

- Spanish language knowledge
